Mr. Sumer Singh Saini is the guiding force of the organization, leading with a clear vision, strong values, and a strategic mindset. With deep commitment, and known for his time-bound approach and solution-oriented thinking, he drives innovation across systems, operations, and people—ensuring continuous growth and excellence.
Coming from a large family of eight siblings, Mr. Saini’s early life was one of resilience and hard work. He initially began as vegetable seller before becoming a government school teacher in Kotputli, Rajasthan. In 2007, driven by his entrepreneurial spirit, he left teaching to pursue a career in sales and marketing, where he worked until 2011. Following six months of dedicated research in real estate, he chose to embark on a new path in this industry.
Mr. Saini’s journey in the real estate sector began in 2012 when he founded Gokul Kripa, along with his three friends. Their venture was a success, and on June 5, 2021—World Environment Day—Mr. Saini launched Riyasat Group, a new venture, with the goal of bringing sustainable and economically planned townships with world-class infrastructure and amenities. In 2023, Mr. Saini expanded Riyasat Group’s reach from Jaipur to Navi Mumbai, marking the company’s next phase of growth.
With 14 years of dedicated experience in real estate, Mr. Saini continues to shape the future of integrated township development through innovation, sustainability, and a sharp focus on quality.

Sangeeta Saini, wife of Managing Director Mr. Sumer Singh Saini, serves as a director in the company. She plays a vital role in guiding key decisions and ensuring the company remains on the right path to achieve its long-term vision. Walking shoulder to shoulder with her husband, she brings valuable advice and a fresh perspective to important matters. Her insights significantly contribute to shaping the company’s direction and upholding strong governance. A silent strategist, a wise adviser, and a strong pillar of support—she is an essential part of the company’s foundation.




Mr. Amit Kamediya, aged 31 years, is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of experience in managing multi-functional operations, including IT, HR, Administration, Legal, and Sales & Marketing. He oversees digital initiatives, regulatory compliance, and business operations while contributing to strategic planning and organizational growth.
He upholds strong standards of integrity, professionalism, and ethical business practices, and is committed to delivering efficient, value-driven solutions through innovation, operational excellence, and a collaborative approach, fostering long-term organizational success and stakeholder trust.

Mr. Prabal Kumar Sharma, aged 29 years, is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 6 years of experience in finance, accounting, auditing, and regulatory compliance. He serves as Director – Finance & Accounts, overseeing financial reporting, statutory compliance, internal controls, treasury, and RERA compliance, while supporting strategic financial decision-making.
He upholds high standards of integrity, transparency, and ethical financial practices, and is committed to delivering value-driven financial solutions with precision and practical insight, fostering trust, clarity, and long-term stakeholder confidence.

Mr. Deepak Aggarwal, aged 54 years, is an experienced civil Engineer, having 30 years of versatile experience in Telecom, Solar, Hospital, High rise buildings, Real estate and Township development projects. He also worked with companies like RIL, L&T, BL Kashyap, ACIL. and worked for CPWD, DMRC etc. He oversees land development, regulatory compliance, infrastructure execution, procurement, and quality control, ensuring timely and compliant project delivery.

Mr. Subhash Chand Saini, aged 39 years, is a Director responsible for land acquisition, statutory approvals, and audit oversight. He has over 11 years of experience in identifying land, conducting due diligence, securing approvals, and ensuring legal compliance.
He upholds high standards of integrity, transparency, and ethical business practices, and oversees audits, internal controls, and statutory compliance for the Company.
